Roles & Access
An Author creates and manages assessments. Two author accounts are included in every plan, and additional authors can be added anytime.
An Active Learner is a unique employee or participant accessing assessments under your Train or Certify plan during your subscription period.
Integrity & Compliance
No. Low-integrity mode is included by default. Monitoring or Verified & Proctored Assessment can be enabled only when required.
Yes. GST is charged as per applicable Indian regulations and reflected clearly at checkout.

Billing and Cancellation
- Prices indicated are for Small Businesses operating in India
- New customer cancellation (before activation) → full refund within 5 days
- Renewal cancellation (active subscriber, before next billing date) → access continues to end of term, no renewal charge
- Access continues through active term.
- Cancellations will be accepted before account activation.
- A 100% refund will be issued if the Tenant cancels before Activation.
- Refunds will be initiated within 5 business days for eligible cancellations.
- Fees and purchased packs are non-refundable once activated.
